Thank you: Express your gratitude and appreciation for the person you're talking to. It can also mean good riddance, good luck, and good fortune.

You're welcome: This is a common response to thank you. It can also mean congratulations.

Please: Please is an important part of the Pashto language. It's used to ask for permission or to get more information.

Please can also mean please, as in: "Please take the keys."

Please say what you want to do.

I want to: The basic Pashto phrase for I want to is "Bana dahr."

I don't know: This is used to express ignorance or lack of knowledge.

I am not sure: This is used to express uncertainty.

I don't understand: It can also mean that you don't understand English and need a Pashto translation.

I'll try: If you want to say that you'll try to do something, this is the phrase you need.

What do you mean?: This is a question in Pashto.
